Our engineering services utilize BIM Coordination (Building Infrastructure Modeling) to create 3D models of all major projects. Our BIM models can include all major aspects of building infrastructure: architectural components, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems, etc. These models help to coordinate these systems to minimize clashes that could happen on the job site.

Validation of BIM & Construction
Using laser scanning, our 3D models are able to validate and coordinate aspects of the engineering plans throughout construction. If the laser scans detect installation errors the BIM model can be updated to reflect the actual on-site conditions. This updating process helps minimize, and sometimes prevent costly on-site changes and prefabrication errors.
